I opened New Clay Studios in 2002, after nearly three years of work. Located on Degraw Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, a 5000 square foot food- manufacturing warehouse was made into a clay facility with gas and electric kilns, a full glaze chemistry room, and beautiful space for 14 people to work in clay.

I lease out space to 12 members, and together with Peter Lane, who designed and built much of the studio and its equipment, run the studio. It is currently full, with a waiting list. If you have inquiries regarding the studio, please contact me.

We participate in 2 formal Brooklyn Studio Tours a year: The Red Hook, Carroll Gardens tour in early June, and the Annual Gowanus Artists Open Studio Tour in October.
